We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The product must not be damaged or altered by the customer.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any).


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products that have been modified or altered after delivery

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images/video of the product showing the issue (if any)

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with approval and next steps.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will guide you on how and where to send the item.

Note: Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will arrange for a free pickup or refund the return shipping charges.

  • For all other reasons (like change of mind, no longer needed), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection at our facility.

  • You will be notified via email once your return is approved and refund is initiated.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within:

If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as chosen by the customer.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
